Our club provides a beloved Lincoln tradition of our Kiwanis Pancake & French Toast Day! This is one of the primary fund-raisers of the club and pancake day is normally held in early spring. Guests enjoy a family friendly event with pancakes, french toast, sausage and beverages. During the event we have a silent auction and live entertainment.
Lancaster Events Center
Cornhusker Kiwanis offers a Bingo game during the Lancaster County Fair for the entertainment of fair goers and to raise funding for many of our youth programs. Members also are ambassadors guides for the Lancaster County Fair, manning the information booth offering assistance to attendees.
Tax Day Assistance
Members provide assistance to Guardian Tax Group in bidding on delinquent tax properties. Bidding is done at the Lancaster County event and also at the Guardian business site for other states’ tax sales. The Tax Group pays the Cornhusker Club appropriately for membership assistance.
